i seem to apologize a lot in my blog for not posting as often as i would like. i can't seem to find the time (even though i have plenty) or topics to update this blog of mine. and today's post is no different. just random ramblings, i'm afraid.
i've been keeping myself busy with self-guitar lessons. i have to say, i'm getting decent. not good yet. far from it actually but i've made tenfolds of improvement in these last 2 weeks than i have when i started 4 years ago! i love music. no. i'm PASSIONATE about music. i NEED to learn something that involves music. i started out with drums. then, while i was on board a ship, i had no access to one. instead they had an electric piano, which i gave it a whirl and loved it. my sister bought one back home. can't wait to have a crack at that soon. now, i'm back here in the uk and no where, could i find a drum set or a piano. then, i saw a guitar being left not played in one of my junior's room. and with it, i branched out my passion.
as you may have already know about my love for the internet, my love for it grew stronger. with the help of youtube, i practice efficiently and with speed. although, i can't do cover song very well yet. but seeing a video of me on youtube would not be an impossibility. ':)
although, not anytime soon because of my hair.. ':( yes.. some noticed my msn nick being "uk stylist, not for asian hair". i've had my hair cut here 3 times now and not once was i satisfied of the outcome. it seems, they have the tendency to completely butcher my hair. it's as though, they haven't cut hair in a VERY LONG while and when they saw my long thick hair, they blacked out and went on a cutting frenzy! ':s
only one witnessed the massacre.. and i'm keeping it only one. now, i walk around with my faithful beanie on my head, covering the sad looking bird's nest. i thank the stars that my hair grows like bamboo. in a month's time, it'll be decent enough to show to the public.
